Some how nowadays the neatness as well the quality of the Kesineni Buses are going down, I feel. And while going and coming also bus was delayed a lot, the reason what they have told is silly. But this time the staff behaviour was GOOD.

We spent money for semu sleeper but we sat like on normal type chairs bcoz seats are not push back type.... Truly its worst moment while travelling
