I booked ticket in Kaveri Bus on Red Bus. When I tried to get the details about boarding point I called Kaveri Bus attender and he suggested me to wait at kphb. After bus departure time I tried to reach bus attender but he is not answered the call, I saw bus is crossing the bus stop and tried to catch the bus and driver stopped the bus at middle of road (at that point of time traffic is too high and so many travel busses are floating). This bus attender asked rush inside like that, I can adjust with this situation but along with me my mother and my kid was also there (my kid age is 1.4 years). He tried get them inside in same situation. I tried to ask him to take bus aside, but his answer is in very rude way and he is shouting in front of all passengers.
If possible please try to talk with Kaveri Bus Management and help your customers to avoid such situations in future.
