Only d bus quality is good but the staff is so up unpunctual as the bus arrived 45mins late at my pickup
punctuality is awesome... nice staffs behaviour...
Bus was horrible
Better If you put some tamil movie or comedies in TV, that wouldbe great for a long journey passengers.
TV wasn't working...they had wifi with free movies even that wasn't working so boring journey.. the boy behaviour is not so great and also the pick up van guy doesn't speak in an appropriate way
Very comfortable but TV and audio is not working. Coffee or tea can provide. Value for money.
Feeling vibration and shaking. On weekdays they switch off the control for light and TV. So dark in cabin and no TV
Bus starting time is every time late by half an hour or one hour. other than this evrything is ok.

it is not running in time stopping everyware ... too late to reach for long like karur
Pros: Feel good interior and seats
Cons: I guess it's an old bus since it struggled to get going continuously.
The timing is very worst I can say. It was almost 4 hrs late then scheduled time.
As usual...they were up to the standards...could not find fault with them anywhere...the hotels they stop for food also too good

I have traveled so many volvo AC buses but they were waiting till all the pasenger reached. In future i will not consider the KPN BUS service.

The hotel where we had dinner is very worst and more costly.
Except this everything is fine.
Bus was not maintained properly. It was stopped half way due to some engine problem.
I never travel like this very very bad
Spent nearly 50 mins for dinner at RaviTheja hotel, last 20 mins waited for two passengers dinner. Baggage dumped one and above, and while taking my bag bottom full of water. No care about passengers luggage's.
Stopping Hotel is not best.. So,Try to change the Stopping Hotel..
Bus was on time but Charging point was missing.
They treat with customers really bad.
I have booked upto Karur. (Not By Pass)
But they dropped me in Byepass.. Please clear the dropping point before booking..

The bus brokedown on the way to karur, wasting time bad experience.
A well maintained and good b7s should be sent.
The only big issue is boarding points. For paradise the boarding point is SVR travels. They are not allowing to sit inside even there is no customers. Van pick up also they are asking 50 rupees per person.Dear kesineni, kindly rectify the issues.
Reaching time is very late. They told karur at 7 am but they reached 8.45 am and above.

My boarding point was Paradise. From there they took me in van to mehatipatnam. For that purpose they asked me Rs.50. They collected 50 rupees from everyone. This is cheating. Van pick up already included in the ticket cost.
Bus quality is average. Need to improve seat quality and try provide drinking water.
