I have taken a ticket up to kottayam on 11-05-2016. In the ticket it was mentioned I need to report at Miyapur by 1:35 pm. and seats allocated were D1 D2 and E1. However, 1/2 hour before travel I get messages saying I need to report at Miyapur by 1:15 pm and our seat numbers were changed. I have asked the staff about the kottayam travel from ERNAKULAM as they told the bus is only up to Eranakulam. They said they have no information about this. Later after reaching at ERNAKULAM, my self an other 5 passengers did not have any clue whom to ask about the travel up to kottayam. We asked the staff if they can drop us at Kallada office. But they said they are going to workshop so they cannot do any thing and they simply left us at Vitilla junction. Later we had to search for contact number of kallada and got one number answering after checking 4 -5 numbers. My self, 2 kids and other 3 passengers had to wait there for about one hour for an innova to be arranged by the Kallada travels.
IS this the way way they can treat travellers who pays almost flight charge equivalent to them for at trip?.
1) Why the EKM Kottayam ticket is issued when they do not have facility?
2) If there is a sudden issue popped up why they cannot inform the plan for kottayam passengers to driver/ staff of the bus up to EKM in which they send us
3) Why they do not provide any contact number of persons to contact if there is alternate arrangement from EKM to ktym?
4) Why they cannot arrange vehicle when they already know that 6 passengers to kottayam are already on board EKM bus, instead of asking people to wait on the road for about an hour?
