Worst experience.16 hours to reach from Hyderabad to chennai. kaleswari travels did not have a permit. they did not travel in regular route. Instead the bus was routed to Tirupati and then chennai. Stared at 10 PM hyderabad, reached chennai next day afternoon 2.00 PM. This a complete daylight robbery kind of thing. I paid 2150 Rupees for this travel. I request redbus not to list this kind of un-proffetional travels. Kaleswari travel worst experience.
Travel agent has not responded properly during the accident. Many of them have missed in catching there flights. Passengers awaited for more than 8 hours in the same place for alternate bus to come n pick...hyderabad is just 3 hours from the location.
