One hour late and stopped at ongole for long....
Excellent maintenance of Coach.Staff were highly courteous-they were announcing stops by coming up till last passenger in the bus so that he/she can be ready for alighting from the bus. Like Orange if they can provide Free Snacks along with water it would be good. Pillow was not so comfortable as it was thin-Pl improve pillow Quality.Otherwise my best wishes for SriKrishna Travels.Increase your no.of coaches and to different destinations-Let God Almighty be with you in every Successful step of yours.
Drop point was given Chennai Central Railway Station. When I called Customer Care, he said that instead of Chennai Central bus will drop at Egmore due to construction work. It was near. So, I booked the ticket after confirmation. But the bus dropped at Koyambedu that is too far. If known, I may booked other bus.
