It was good overall but many things can be improved, for example I asked the Assistant in the bus to inform me when a particular stop comes in Chennai as it is nearer to my place but he never bothered to do so, in spite of promising me that he will let me know. The other thing was there is not foot rest in the Bus it was broken and I checked even my co-passengers foot rest was really in bad shape , this is very important issue as frequent travelers do know the importance of a proper foot rest how it plays its role in long journey.Rest all Okay.
