    Bus staff very irregular don't want whether passenger get down from bus for urinals he came return get into the bus or not.They leaving simply bus is available and driver is available with available passengers in bus to reach their arrival point.Not stopped bus for urinals and food passengers are went to the driver cabin to stop the bus for food,he told stop with in 30min but he stopped ofter 1hr.Morning Tiffin and lunch stopped only one time at 11.45am.

    Bus got breakdown 2 times journey. No value to time reached 10 hours late. Maintenance of the vehicle not done in good.

    I am travelling in VRL travels, Driver don't even re-checked weather all the passenger has come or not, he had started the vehicle and went. Very irr-repsonsible drives.
