Should provide bus and Bus staff number before starting. Bus quality and ambiance is good.Snacks, Water provided.
Very poor service, Never reaches on time 2-3 hours late, Long halts in between, Picks local passengers all the way, Dust on seats, Brooken windows, every thing is mess. Worst bus i have seen yet.

My travel duration got delayed by an hour because of some quarrel bus team had with guys on toll booth

Staffs are not cooperative.
Bus making lot of noise.
Bus reporting time at destination need to monitor.
Mobile charger need to be in working condition.
Birth was not comfortable
Blankets were stinking
Did not receive any message of driver and bus details till last and Bus staff was on rude behavior.Bus delayed 20 min
The bus staffs are the worst.they don't even bother to answer you, having too much of attitude.only travel if you have no option available.the bus was 3 hrs late to reach the destination.
Bus quality is super but staff was irresponsible and traveler not provide water bottle
Pathetic!! I dont know why they call it a sleeper coach. Every berth has gap in the center due to a fold in the middle. I saw such a berth for the first time. Due to which lower half of the berth is not at the same level as upper half. One should rather travel by searr bus. I dont think i will travel by THIS bus again as i could not sleep properly the whole night. Bus helper gave a number and said call on this number. When called the response was very rude.
Seat quality is not good. Faced a mosquito bit problam throughout journey.
only AC is working... everything else is average quality... as its fair is too high its quality and service is not good
Actually the punctuality and staff behavior depends on the shift my return trip was booked directly from the bus office and the driver and the staff were horrible.
I am travelling by buses from last 10 years, but this is the worst journey till date.
The bus travelled late stopping at many places in between, Also the bus driver was picking passengers in between through out the travel. Unloading the goods etc..

This travels is not meant for passengers. It's for luggage only.it took 14 hrs for journey of 8/9 hrs.
Time management is very poor.
Departure time was 10:30 pm but bus came on 11:50 and departed on 12:10 am Moreover driver missed the road which took another hour.
Bus stopped at least every single town on the way to collect passengers which caused further delay to reached destination. Ill never by this bus again.
Travel in this bus only when you have no other option left... Pathetic bus quality.... Driver smokes in the cabin with door open... some ppl keeps the window open....and many more things which will make your journey a tragedy....
Pros: Low costs, easily available
Cons: Late by 1.30 hrs, 1 seat given to multiple people.
Pathetic, ac was not working, no checks done before leaving Hyderabad, in middle of night due gear issue bus was delayed by 5 hrs, none of staff member knows how to fix issues,
Blankets were not provided, staff behavior was not well and late at arrival and departure. The timings mentioned were not followed strictly.
The drop location was different than the one shown on redbus site.
Bus was not maintained, one of the exits for AC was wide open, with no option to control the flow.
Bus reached pick up point on time, started 30 minutes after from there, and reached one and half hours late than its scheduled time.
I booked my ticket for A/C bus and you charged for the same but A/C was not working. It was switched off for throughout night. It was little hard to travel like this, due to delay in departure, that the driver as to pick up the speed to reach the destination on time, result we wouldn't sleep for 2 hours by travelling sleeper attached bus.The same complaint i was sent as feed back to the said travels but replay.
Picking random public in between was very upsetting
Good and like to book next time also on redbus.
my journey was booked by diamond travel from hyderabad to amravati.100 km before amravati bus staff disappeared.after 1 hour when i asked they said bus will not go ahead.i was compelled to take a government bus and reach amravati. worst journey ever.
