My entire family(including 2 kids) Suffered a lot with Mosquitoes in the bus and AC performance was not good. Bed, pillow, bed covers, blankets quality and hygiene has to be improved.
Overall, it has to be improved the quality, facility in the bus.

Although our ticket was up to Allagadda but the bus driver just left us at the bypass from where we had to walk almost 3 kms at 4 in the morning. Even if he was not supposed to enter allagadda city (which was not clearly mentioned in redbus)still considering the time in the morning he should have dropped us inside the city which would not have taken him more than 10 minutes extra.
Very vary bad, I never seen like this trip, I will try to go by APSRTC in future. I will put 0 rating for bus quality, punctuality, staff behavior. I have travelled above 12 hour's instead of 6 hour's.
The pick point should be told accurately. WE WERE called and told pick up point is near first pillar after Shivalayam . the bus did not stop there. It went past us . we had to walk with luggage for almost a quarter kilometre.

Too much time had taken to step into the main road.
I have booked bus from Hyderabad to Allagadda. While the bus reached near to my destination, they said bus will not go for the town you should get down on the highway itself instead of allagadda and i just argued and made them to go through allagadda.
You should mention in online itself clearly that the bus will not go through the town.

Bus staff behavior is good but they have not wake up for the get down station. It is very bad for not informing passengers after reaching their destination.
There is no responsibility it's very bad to accommodate such partners like sreekaleswari in rebus. They didn't called me even I was in constant touch with them before 30minutes.missed missed boarding and took auto twice and catches the bus after spent 120bucks extra. I asked the reason to staff they behaved like very rude and confirmed we should not take care of calling people who booked online like that.. It's very bad to hear such words from staff. And they said if u want u can escalate at anyone.... So please take action movie expect call from u for more details on this
The journey with BRS travels is comfortable.
Known as the 'City of Nawabs', Hyderabad is the 500 year old capital city of Andhra Pradesh. The region is particularly known for its richness in culture and tradition and has recently earned the title of one of the fastest growing IT hubs of India, which is also why sometimes the city is referred to as 'Cyberabad'. The city was originally named Bhagyanagar, after the Sultan’s wife, Bhagamathi. Hyderabad is located on the Deccan Plateau which explains why most of its land is rocky in nature. A few places tourists must visit if in the city are Lumbini Park, Ramoji Film City, NTR Garden, Osman Sagar Lake and Mecca Masjid.
