good, except, at 1 place, ladies wash room was not available. had to use natural surroundings!
Broken lever and you cannot adjust the seat. The seat in the front was broken and the copassanger could not use the seat lever as the seat would fall over my knee. Bottle holder was also broken/ elastic grip is spoiled. The bus was stinking and no air freshner was available. This is my experience but, every other co-passanger had been complaining to staff on something or the other. Seating was too conjusted and the staff response was not great. I have made an online booking and the least that I expect is for the operator to block faulty seats to avoid inconvenience to customers. I would not recommend this bus operator.
It was one of the worst journeys of my life. I am specifying worse as it was a deceptive move from red bus. while booking the tickets it was shown as a 1+1 seat arrangement but actually it was like a railway compartment with 2 double decker seats which were quite uncomfortable. Even though you are charging Rs.1400 for it, the quality was not even close to a Rs.400 charging bus. Really disappointed. Want my money back.
I would not mind taking the same service again. The bus got delayed due to one travelling family reporting late, but bus staff were considerate enough to wait for them, much appreciated. This saved the family from the holiday plans getting ruined. The announcements from the attendant can be in polite manners rather than shouting rudely. Inspite of the staff knowing about final destination of each passenger, he would announce loudly about the station arrived. He can rather reach directly those passengers and ensure the traveller has disembarked at the right station. There might be a better place to eat mid way, the place where this bus stopped was not much enjoyed by fellow passengers.
