Boarding Point given as per the ticket was Royal Travels, Opp Nampally Railway station..Upon reaching the baording point, In charge of Royal travels behaviour was very rude...they were telling that we dont have any tie up with Hanuman travels...we dont know how our name was given as boarding point...yu call and ask Red bus ppl..why they are mentioning our name...and they didnt even allow me to stand there..after calling on the number given in the ticket that person directed me to another point which is almost a kilometer away..i took auto and again reached there...Bus reached almost one hour late than the time given on the ticket..Pls take care that the people behave properly with the customers.

Movie music was too loud and the staff say they are going to decrease the volume but they wont. Too loud that the receivers of our calls did not hear us.
