Pathetic.. The only word that comes to mind when I think about the service I received. The bus was supposed to leave at 8 PM but it was at Hyderabad Station till 11 PM waiting to attract more passengers. Also it was supposed to reach at 6 AM but again reached at 8.30 AM. I had to reschedule all plans, including another bus which left at 7 AM. I will think twice before traveling with this service provider again.
It is really disgusting, there was an attempted theft with my belongings. My air bag is pierced with a knife damaging some of my clothes inside. There were no valuables inside the bag but it is pissing me off. That too when my bag was on the seat.
The bus I booked was Kaleshwari travels with Hyderabad departure 2145Hrs and Nagpur arrival 7am.However the damn bus did not turn up till 2200hrs and I had to call 100 times. The travels do not have an office also. They are sharing office with others and the staff do not have the patience to answer queries. The bus left at 2230hrs and stopped at a dhaba for over half hour for dinner and reached Nagpur 1 hour late at 8am due to which I was late to office by 1 hour.Though I had booked Kaleswari travels the bus I was asked to board was OMER ,whose name I have never heard of.If your website has such operators on your website you may have to close down soon. Please conduct a due diligence before registering BUS operators on your website.
Probably one of the worst experiences I ever had. The bus was never on time, thought it would cover up instead had a lot of stops for long durations. Worst was filling up fuel enroute with everybody onboard. The air conditioning is turned off each time the bus halts and the bedsheets used on board were stinky.
