Worst quality bus,, never felt like an Airbus, was throwing us off the bed each time. My brand new (two days old) suitcase is fully scratched, and all rust in bus storage is over it now. Never I will travel in this Bus, not atleast in this route. And even no fellow travelers are keeping some cleanliness, most of them were wearing shoes in bed. My bed was stinky too. I managed to put Newspapers and over that bedspread.
The quality of Bus was poor. The seat cover was not cleaned for a long time. The side curtains were not refitted..
Thanks to Ganesh Travels for making us to reach destination Safely . However few things I want to share so that they can improve their service to the other customers is , 1) Passenger pick up should ideally happen at left side of the road but driver lacked this minimum skill and stopped bus for pick up at mid of the circle and crew is shouting at passenger to come and board the bus in the mid of circle where there is traffic behind . 2) Crew is shouting at Passenger for not running to board the bus in mid of circle and was very rude in his behaviour 3) Crew Denied to put Large Trolley in Luggage compartment and made us to put forcefully on sleeper berth where we lost almost 30% of berth . as a End result I would clearly mention will not opt the service Again in Future .
Bus was terminated near ankola and we r waiting for next bus for 5 hours nd I miss my monthly review meeting
