      Customer Reviews

The staff at Hampi Paulo office was very rude and unhelpful.

Bus quality was bad. Very noisy. No blankets.

No blankets were provided. Very noisy. They made the passengers change buses at 2:30 am. The first Bus quality was bad. The bus that was changed to was good. They stopped at a decent place for food.

Mostly all AC sleeper bus operators provide blanket during travel.I couldn't see such practices from paulo of the things were OK.

The bus stopped at Hospete which is 20 mins from Hampi in the morning. This break was absolutely not required. We could reach Hampi in the same time. Blankets were not provided in the AC sleeper.

The booked seat from hospet to goa wasn't alloted to us, no charging points, no blankets and ac wasn't consistent. This was Paulo travels

In the middle of the night lo al passengers with no tickets boarded the bus and although the bis was not full the driver started shifting sleeping passengers from on place to another in a very rude manner

Quality was OK for sleeper buses in India, one very intoxicated man on bus who was a nuisance to other people for the duration of the trip. Staff didn't do much if anything to stop this. Overall a pretty normal overnight bus.

Very comfortable bus, in particulary for couple. And inexpensive...

Bus in super bad condition inside as well as outside. Especially for that price. The trip was like a roller coaster. With that speed and that curves it was impossible to sleep. Hopefully never again.

Bus is good. Carry your blanket. Just be prepared to change in new bus at around 2 AM for continuation of journey.

This bus got cancelled and I was not informed about it until about half an hour before the travel time when I had called them up to confirm the departure place. Thankfully they had made a reservation in a KSRTC bus around the same time but it was disappointing to see the poor communication from their end.

In short will never recommend. Very bad quality bus, very cramped it's not Volvo 2/2 we travelled in. Our seats are given without even checking to foreigners. When I protest we were crowned Indian. We all 3 r sick since arr

Very bad experience. The emergency door was leaking blast of wind.

Bus seats were in bad condition. Didn't leave from Hospet on time, in fact left one hour late. Within an hour or so bus stopped for dinner at some place which I'm not sure to call Dhabha or bar. Plus the toilets were not clean, full of shit that we had to answer nature's call in bushes. Later, the bus broke down. In meantime, Island Travel was passing by. Only few people were shifted in Island travel in spite there being lot of vacant seats. Though Island travels reached Goa by 6.30, we didn't reach our destination until 10.00 AM. The reason for this being, there was only one driver who at that hour of time decided to take a nap and didn't get up until people started making noise.

,The drivers ve stop in middle of nowhere,And locked us inside for lIke over 10 mins?I saw the drivers tranfer the oil fr the car to someone from the village and counting money outside, when they back, one indian passenger asked why stop in a wrong place, the drivers said to him go back to sleep?i dont feel happy with that.

Took the night bus from Hampi to Goa. Tip: Book your seats early because the seats in the back are VERY BUMPY and make it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.

      Bring blankets and pillow

      About Goa

Located in Western India, it’s the smallest in area with a GDP per capita two & a half times of the country as a whole. It has traces of the cultural influence of the Portuguese, who once ruled over it and is famous for its beaches & world heritage architecture. A typical tourist destination, the city in general is always in a state of buoyancy and free of the fast & hurried life which the rest of the country has come to. Tourism being the main source of economy, mining is not far behind and agricultural crops like Rice, cashew and coconut are some crops grown here.
