It was not good as I thought. Bus was leaking rain water on my seat. Seats were not maintained properly . At night it looked like i am travelling in a local roadways bus. Totally not satisfied

First of all they do not have bus facility from Gurgaon, instead they carry us by a taxi to Ramakrishna metro from there by bus to another point and there they group us and put into a bus going to Manali finally started at 7.15 p.m.
Bus condition was BAD it stopped about 100 km away from manali for repair which took -2- hrs and finally reached manali by 13.00 hrs instead of scheduled 7.30 in the morning. HORRIBLE JOURNEY .
The bus left from delhi not gurgaon, we were asked at last minute to reach delhi on our own. Very unreliable.
The bus journey was good though , reached comfortably. The bus condition is also good.
the bus reached at the starting point exactly after an hour, 5:35 instead of 4:30pm.
The water was given at 11:30pm which was just before the halt for dinner. It took more pit stops than required and reached at 11am instead of 8am which was its scheduled time
Bus quality is very good, but bus timings are too worse
bus seat are not good even back rest & thai rest was not working. i will not suggest to go by Rama travels bus. it was started 7pm in the eveving from delhi. due to not paid the tax , it was late by 1 hours.
Never opt for this bus service. I opted this only due to the site boasting of semi-sleeper. But the seats were too hard and I highly doubt if it was really a Volvo. Seems no cushion in the seat. Bus was supposed to start from Gurgaon but a cab took us to Majnu ka Tilla. Got delayed by more than 3 hrs from the start. Pls don't get fooled by this bus.
The ride quality was very bad.Zero comfort, seats worn out and we could count all the bumps. No placeholder for keeping bottles and other stuffs. The driver stopped at wrong places, awful dhabas and overall it was a very awful experience.
Basically bus don't have charging points with each individuals seats &travelling was hectic due non stoppage at dinner time and very less time given for eating and move around.Even people's was vomiting in bus with polibag.
These things are very important for each individual to take food at time.

The bus was not well maintained, seats were broken, The staff was rude and non supportive. The bus in terms of punctuality was pathetic. It stopped at Majnu ka teela for more than 1.5 hrs. The bus reached manali 3 hrs late of its scheduled time.
