    15-Nov-2015

Journey from Gulbarga to Pune by private bus is not safe for ladies. They halt as per their wish and allow any passenger to board from way side.

    08-Jun-2015

The Ticket fare is on very higher side, with no aminities..like bed sheets nor water bottle. Bus was not clean..unprofessional local staff. The charge of Rs. 1100/- per person for a non ac bus seems to be waste of money

    17-May-2015

Bus is good and comfortable in the price segment. travel time could be decreased as the bus takes lot of U turns.

    16-May-2015

It was like a local bus taking every passenger from the road. Bus was full crowded with unreserved people sleeping even on the floor of the bus...foe sure will not think to travel with pavitra travels once again....

    11-May-2015

Horrible bus service which came 1.5hrs late and came with a breakdown bus and breakdown at 3am and left all the customer on road without information for 5 hours. Pathetic service and bus service. We had take other bus for half the journey. Please please remove pravitra busses from red bus. This is one of the horrible n pathetic bus service of my life.

    22-Mar-2015

    22-Aug-2014

My bus was cancelled by VRL on last minute and I had to do many alternate arrangements. Please credit my amount

    19-Jun-2014

No bedsheets provided, bus not clean ,not a volvo bus, lots of bumps at the back

    02-Jun-2014

Bus used to make a lot of noise. It seems that it was having problem with its suspensions. Drivers/Conductors took additional passenger in between. There was not enough space to move in passage between two seats due to additional people sleeping in passage. From Gulabrga to Pune the ticket rate should be somewhere between Rs 700 to Rs 800 but they charged us Rs 1250 which was not that worth for that bus.

    01-Jun-2014

The worst journey in my life.Bus quality was very bad, seats were not cleaned. Unnecessary stops for long duration. Very rude staff. along with them Redbus also cheated me, I booked 1 seat for Rs.1450. But in the bus in front of me many people gave 800-900 rupees for 1 seat. Please cross check the prices before using Redbus. I never refer Redbus to my friends. Very bad experience.
