Bus was not reaching on time at different stops. lady passengers felt uncomfortable for toilet and all.
The cleaner of the bus was a drunkard. Seats are very old and stinking. Unhygienic bus with lot of spitting here and there. Horrible journey.
Seating arrangement not given according to the booking..
Beds are not hygiene, it was supposed to reach 6.30am but 1 hour delayed simply without reason. there was no luggages carried which takes time to load and unload still delayed. I travelled while going too it was better than return journey.
Journey was good there is no problem. But the staff they must ask problems of passenger.

While traveling from Gulbarga to Mangalre, it was seen that the staff taking local passengers starting from Gulbarga to till Bijapur. I never expected that SRS being one of the renowned Travels Agency allowed this sort of activity. I am very much unhappy about it. The Bus ride was rough most of the time. The suspension system of the Bus seems to have been fully damaged. SRS should rectify this problem in their Buses.
Overall service was very good. Would prefer A/C (Sleeper)coaches for long journey
