Timings are very worst, this means my scheduling is 10 PM still i am waiting 11:45 PM bus is not arrived and at least not informing to me what is the problem?

Myself wait at Gudur Bypass from 09:30 PM TO 11:30 PM ON 20th Jan 2015, But Bus not picking me at Gudur Bypass, I am very upsate physically & financially, No one contact me & no any cell no given in ticket for contact. Pls refund me my full fair INR 913/- along with INR 1500/- additionally pay to other bus in mid night on urgent basis. kindly provide your cell no for further discussion.

Origin of the bus route is chennai, we had to board in Gudur which is approx 135kms away from Chennai. Though our reporting time is 10pm, Would we expect details like Bus No. Or Driver Phone No.? Actually there was no update at all. We had to stand on Highway watching every bus passing by from 10pm onwards. We were in dark actually with no update from Redbus or SRM travels till 10.30pm. our mental agony mounted whether we had missed the bus.Redbus call centre is absolutely useless. I repeat it is useless. Do we have any pleasure of listening to music at that situation of time, call being kept on hold.

Bus timing at Gudur bypass was 9.35 pm where as bus reached at 10.30 pm. There is no sitting arrangement at gudur by pass so how a person can wait for one hour on road(dirty)
