I am a 32 yrs woman travelled alone along with 1.5yr old baby. I am really unhappy with this trip.
I booked seats in 2nd row. Got message saying the seats shifted to diff no few hours before the journey. Thought they would have changed the bus/ may be shown wrong alignment in redbus. But while boarding bus only I got to know that they cancelled the actual bus and arranged it in different bus, in which seats allotted in the last row. When I asked the with cahuffer/assistant they spoke rudely. No good response even from redbus when called for help.
Booked this trip for the below reasons which were very important to me.
1. Seats are in second row which are confortable and easy to access with the luggage. Easy to ask assistance if required.
As said above this seats were changed without prior information. Leg space was also very uncomfortable.
2. Time - Dept time- 6:30 PM arrival time - 10:30 PM.
This was perfect time for the people who drops me and who recieves me at destination.
But the bus came at 7:45 and reached at 11:45
3. Pickup location and drop location.
Pick up location is mentioned as just Gooty. Hence I thoght it is in the town. But the actual pick happened at 8 kms away from the town.
Drop location given as Agara,Bangalore.
But they dropped us at Hebbal. That too I was not aware I am supposed to get down there. No one informed. Because bus stopped I had to come down all the way from last seat, get down and enquire, then they told we need to get down there. Tell me what should I have done at that hour if I had missed the stop.
The pick van was full and no seats. No one bothered to to offer a seat even though I was standing holding my baby. I had stand like that for long time. The van also does not belongs to travellers, the driver was also rude at me. Why should I suffer all these even though I paid for the service.
