Bus was 1 hour late (again) and the counter person didn't answer the call (as always) when called for delay details.
Bus punctuality is very bad. Bus was 1.25 hours late. The staff for coordination switched off his mobile and we were left standing in the rain unable to get a hold of any representative of SRS Travels. Overall a very bad experience.
