bus was on time and reached early as possible.. comfortable bus
punctuality is very poor pick up & drop also, driving was very slow, please consider the same
It was a bad experience with paulo travels this time. Firstly, my bus got changed and i was not informed about the change. If i had not called and confirmed, I would have to wait for an hour to catch the bus. Second, the behavior of cleaner and driver was bad. No proper replies to questions. Third, u gotta pay for all. I basically being an ex Volvo employee have traveled in a lot of Volvo buses. No where have i had paid for blanket or water. Here we had to pay for blanket which was 70 Rs and 10 rs for water. The ac was a lot more cooler here probably to sell more blankets.
