i asked to on the Charging plug,, they just ignored.. if they dont want to use it, it is actually installed,Useless... They were acting as Elec Dept is charging them for it..>!!!!

I am usually happy with the service Ganesh Travels provide. But this time the driving was rash. The bus hit the other bus on the way.Luckily we passengers were not injured.I had taken semi sleeper seat. And in the nine hour night journey,I was not able to sleep even for 5 mins; All thanks to the driving.

Please make sure the charging ports are working as mentioned on site. Every time it never works !!

bus is very good and am enjoyed da journey

Staff behaviour was very bad. very harsh and rude in talking.

Please let the travels make the buses less noisy esp window panes as the rattling glass does not give us sound sleep.

Nothing much to write as there were only 2 buses plying to the route i was travelling to, I guess the rating will allow the bus operator to improve.

Service was bad.I booked G3,G4 and they asked to move to J3,J4 after an hour of journey started. In one hour they checked the tickets for a whopping 11 times which showed G3,G4 as our seats. After checking for 11 times, they showed another list that they had which showed J3,J4 as our seats. There was no value to the tickets that I had. We simply had to move to J3,J4. Of course there was no problem as such with J series seats, but why make it so difficult to validate tickets. Asking the same ticket 11 times doesn't change seats. Doest it? And then there was a movie with load volume giving torture to everyone

Stinking inside. The staff behavior was very bad and they insist on print tickets. They were throwing our luggage into the dicky.

well in time and very comfortable, thanks.

Buses in India are in pretty poor condition so I would not know how to rate them by common Public perception. Thailand too is a developing Country but the Buses and highways are awesome!! The Berth was good as far as Comfort and material of mattress & inbuilt pillow were concerned. The Helper Staff wasn't really friendly, but then given the condition of the Bus, I would expect him to run parallel to the quality of his Transportation itself.... But overall, the Journey was good. As for I will say, its Safe, reliable and a great way to book Bus Tickets - I also once called its Call Center and they were professional in their service, so Thank U... redBus I was very happy with.

The Bus reached one our late at destination due to bad roads. However, the driver was aware of this at the beginning of the journey itself. It would be wise if RedBus modifies the bus timings as per say the monthly or seasonal departure and arrival times of the buses with feedback from the bus company you have tied up with. It would better help travelers, especially those, who have connecting buses/trains etc to plan.

Hi reader, I have traveled from Goa to Mangalore on 13-6-2014,10.00 pm, R-16 bus on the seat no. 17(R) using Ganesh Travels. This travels definitely needs some maintenance. To start with, the bus got punctured. Seats are old and not in good shape. Stinking smell inside the bus makes it impossible to breath. To add to this, all the curtains of the windows are removed and i dont what was the purpose of doing such an act. Time keeping is there, since the buses are really old and must be changed with the new ones before it is too late. Thank you. Regards Ravi Prasad

At Mid night staff started to fighteach other and ticket checking staff behaviour was worst . The worst trip I had in my life. Never again I will travel in Paulo travels.

We arrived at the pickup point 15 mins early. Informed the office people that we were here and to call out for us. They dint. We missed the bus and had to spend an additional 500 rs to catch up to the bus. Bus was cramped and built to maximize profits with no regards to customer comfort. The conductor was drunk, rude and an overall poor excuse for a companies representative. The driver was reckless as well. There were two instances when we almost crashed into a parked vehicle or an oncoming vehicle. I used Paulo 4 years ago. They were very good then. But today, it has degraded and reduced to nothing. I am sry to say that I will never avail their services again. If it was possible to rate it lower, I would.

The best option for those who plan their trip witin a week as there is no waiting,No RAC and comfertable journey.

The staff and timing was good however, the condition of the seats was very bad

they do not provide blankets; we have to buy one for rs.70/= each.most times supply does not match demand. therefore, please take a good blanket with you.

Must carry a bedsheet or blanket along as the bus owner doesn't provide one.

be very carefull about your mobile, carry a blanket rude cleaner and driver
