Mumbai, earlier known as Bombay, is the capital of the State of Maharashtra. Since most of the countries big financial institutions (like RBI, Stock Exchange and so on) is located it Mumbai, it is also considered as the financial capital of India. Mumbai is one of the most crowded cities of the country as well as the world. It ranks fifth in the list of the most densely populated cities of the world. Nonetheless, Mumbai welcomes people from all walks of life irrespective of their backgrounds. The British developed what was a cluster of seven islands into the bustling city called Mumbai. It was also under the British rule that the place attained importance and further developed into a major financial and commercial hub of the country. Now, Mumbai is often called the City that never sleeps, owing to the commercial and financial activities that the city witnesses even during the night times.
Everything was excellent accept the behaviour of one of the staff who boaded bus at katraj pune, and he misbehaved in an unaccepted manner when I went down for loo and he started shouting to catch the bus or he will leave since bus is getting delayed and that bus has stopped 5 times to pick up passangers from pune to mumbai but at that time bus was not getting delayed. My concern is that for new passengers that paulo staff misbehaved with already traveling passenger. These small things matter a lot for passengers. I hope this will be taken care off
Good part is VRL shifted us to other bus since our bus had mechanical fault. Bad part was it was almost 3 hours late. Multiple people lost their flight
Bus left Mapusa 40 minutes behind schedule and also arived one and a half hours behind time at Sion, Mumbai. Otherwise, the service and comfort was average.
Buses are old. Seats are bad. Back Pockets of Seats and the bottle holder are either non existent or non functional. Legroom is very less person seating ahead of you literally sleeps in your lap and you in the lap of passenger seating behind you. Only plus point the name Kadamba which enthuse confidence and trust. In this time of multi-axle buses, they have to have new buses for sure.
