unresponsible staff members they dint inform buss numbers untill the bus departure .worst service
Clean and Maintainence are very bad and they did not drop up to lst stage...
I will never book with Meghana travels again. I had a problem with my seat and when I asked the driver, he said that he is not concerned with that. And when I asked about his managers number, the driver said very rudely that he will not give anybodys number and asked me to call the person from whom I brought the ticket which is redbus.
Pickup van was over crowded and there was a bit of confusion in finding the bus at the exchance point as the staff gave multiple directions except that rest of journey was very pleasing.
