Regret to say that the moment ( 18.30- Gandhidham) i reached to station where am supposed to board the bus, met the travel official advised that the trip been cancelled due to less number of passengers!. They could not arrange any alternative because, the booking was through REdbus not directly with them. Then called your official, he has nothing else to say " sorry for the inconvenience". He was repeating this finally i had to say ' please stop saying sorry because, that word was nothing but a mechanical reply. Requested him transfer the line to any higher official, which he was not willing, but with my pressure put me on hold, and then said some one will call me within 15 minutes which never happened. i had to connect the flight at Ahmadabad airport, and there was no bus available other than to wait till 10.pm then i will miss my flight . Hence i had to arrange a private car to drop me there paying Rs.3500/-.
This sort of service from a reputed establishment like Redbus is not at all appreciable.
now decided not to use Red bus further. This may not make any difference to you, but will certainly help me to avoid such situation.
