Through the red bus internet services I came to know about your valueable services which you are providing to your customers it attacked my attention and I decided to travel from Ernakulum to perundarai(erode) and booked my ticket from Ernakulum to perundari(erode) and through your SPS KALLYANI travels Eticket on 28/622016 I understood that the bus would reach my destination at about 3.00am,I boarded the bus from near lulu mall ABS atm and I did informed the driver as well as the conductor of the bus to remind me at perundari so that I can complete my journey.
It is a unfortunate and one of the bad experience I had by making the wrong choice by you transport services because either the driver nor the conductor informed the bus reaching the perundari stop as well as the bus is well in advance of one and half hour earlier to perundarai and I woke up at 2.30am and enquired the driver as well the conductor to the destination to my dismay they behaved rudly to me and told to I have not informed that I would drop at perundari which is very unfortunate.
I don’t think your conductor or aware about the passenger destination as mentioned in the booking due to there ignorance I have to travel around extra 25 to 30 miles I could notice that the bus has crossed perundarai through my phone net map further I had to spend extra money and as I lost my sleep as well as the bus had already crossed tirchungud further please note it was a very bad experience as well as this was my first visit to Kerla.
I appreciate if you to take note of the above and improve your services so that other customers of yours will not land in to situation as I came across.
