The bus is very ideal for travelling from Ernakulam to Madurai. The timing of departure and arrival is convenient. I always prefer a non-AC bus to get fresh air, particularly at night. It is a non AC bus and bus fare is also nominal. I had a good journey in KPN. The quality of the bus though not excellent is not bad either.
Try to drop near Mattuthavany bus stand which will be very useful for the passengers to save more time.
During night travel, some times switching ON all the lights irritates the sleeping passengers. If DIM light is fitted, this problem can be avoided.
