Was a good experience overall, recommended. Bus was clean. Got Fruitie (160 ML) and Bottled water (500ML). Minor Niggles: The onboard movies was in Tamil, it should have been Malayalam, as the bus was starting from Kerala. The Staff was also not really competent in speaking Malayalam. There was some weird noise near the top berth on seat 19, 20.
Thoroughly enjoyed our journey.was travelling by bus for the First time in 13 yrs. So was a lil apprehensive. But hats off to the team. Staff behaviour was excellent. Very helpful. Interiors were Very clean n neat. Can deftnly rely on this n for us now there is no second thought. Thank u fr serving us !!
The worst in terms of staff behaviour and extremely worse in terms of punctuality. The bus was 3 hours late and I was extremely put to hardship.
Bus was comfortable with a reasonable and adaptable price of tickets. Even though it was a unexpected late of arrival to cmbt. The quality was better. Thanks
