Being AC bus, after palakkad AC stopped working and we were forced to open windows paying AC bus fare which is not correct.
The bus met with an accident of sorts. The bus steered off road and got stuck in unconsolidated mud. Were stuck for a bit till they arranged to pull it out. Were made to continue on the same bus without, what seemed like, ascertaining the health of the vehicle.
Very bad service from Nila travels. Bus was ancient. Ac was not working. We opted for sleeper but couldnt sleep at all due to hot humid and suffocation. Sheets and blankets were very dirty. We called their manager and there there was blunt reply that nothing can be done. Overall a horribly overpriced
Bus condition was pathetic. Didnt come on time.Water was coming inside while raining. Horrible travelling comfort. And price was too high.I will never prefer this operator again.
