The Journey was horrible and humiliating. There was no AC throughout from Ernakulam to Bangalore though ticket was booked was for AC facility and charges paid accordingly . When asked the driver used very bad, harsh, humiliating and filthy words/language. Please refund me the appropriate excess charges paid for AC and Rs 10000/- begin damages for harassment and mental agony, trauma and humiliation. I am busy now. Your reply should come immediately or else I will be constrained to take legal recourse for which you alone will be responsible. Regards, P R Iyer 9447607650
