The lights were kept on from 7 30 to 10 30 causing discomfort as we were unable to sleep. The lights must be on only during boarding. The berth bedsheets need a wash.
As per your website the bus should have come near the nus stand but it was on the main road and I kept waiting near the bus stand... Again I had to rush to the place where the bus was waiting
