honesty is missing. I left my tablet phone in the book holder and as my bus reached late i got down in a hurry as i was running late. Now after 20 minutes I recalled & called the coach attendant immediately who instantly denied getting it & calling the number i found its switched off specifically sim removed. There were days I left phone in Royal Cruiser I got back. Here they while cleaning which they evidently do after each trip found it & instead of handing over shared the treat. Now, so casual, I called a company number to get the phone number of the bus attendant. So its evident company people came to know about it. No one bothered to contact me, show their apology or assure me of looking into it. Staffs know owners & management are reluctant to such issues thus they go bounds free. None is bothered about company's reputation.
