Over all a good experience. Impressed by the reminders send to me before the scheduled time of bus arrival & departure. The travel insurance scheme you hold along is really a value addition & in interest of the traveler. 1. Suggestion would be to give feed back forms at the end of the trip to get the instant feedback & quick actions for improving the service. Most of the travelers will not be accessing internet & fill feed back form on line. 2. The bus operator was lucky travels as in ticket issued & the bus that came was of Neeta travels. Initially there was some confusion which was cleared after. But would like you to spell the actual travel operator on the tickets to avoid such confusion among the travelers in future.
