Customer Reviews

jolting like anything.. don't book back seats... don't expect to be punctual..

Bedsheet, pillow cover & curtains very dirty. I have more complaint about my journey on 20/2/2017 form HYD to DIndgul. Driver and cleaner did not know the Palani Bypass. Instead going below the flyover, they went up the flyover. When we asked the stop they told it is not yet . After going another 20km they stoped and asked the near by person about the Palani Bypass stop. The told it was 20 km earlier. Then they told us to pay Rs.350/- and get down at Madurai . We got down taken taxi and gone to Theni instead of going by Bus. This was the most horrible journey we had in our lifetime.

ac not working bed sheets not washed so bad smell came!!!!! pls change this

IT was a very long Journey from Madurai to Hyderabad, Around 16 hrs. We traveled with our Kid and he enjoyed the journey. Staff was very kind and helpful. The only problem was Entertain system. Audio was not proper.

overall Orange travels is a excellent travels

I booked the window seat L5 on mobile but in the bus L4 is the window seat. My request to Kallada travels change it.

staff behaviour is worst ....very rude.. such a worst behaviour ..

Very poor maintenance. We are asked to change the bus in between

Driver didn't speak English and told to come to a wrong boarding point 65 kms away from actual one.

tv not working, staff behavior bad,bad experience

that bus having problem at 11pm.they will arrange spare bus at 3am...near to Salem.b I'm reached Hyderabad at 2pm

Had a good experience.Maintain the cleanliness.

TV not working

The bus was returned back due to kaveri issue. We didn't go our destination. Thanks for took decision to return back due to kaveri issue. Really good transport service who really cares passengers... Please let me know when I will get refund.

usually drivers in kesineni bus will have manners towards customer... but this time both the drivers were very much abusive with the passengers if they request for urinal....they used bad languages infront of all

Bad experience last time ,tyre was punctured .this time ,due to breakdown, inordinate delay happened call for explanation from office.l think poor maintenance may be the cause.if it continues, travel may miss many commuters

Very punctual, Good staff Snacks provided

Bus quality and service getting deteriorated compare to initial service

Bus reached at Dindigul 40 minutes late and reached Hyderabad proportionately late. Rest the whole journey was o.k.

30mins delay as per the schedule. When called the delay time was informed by the Attender.

Please use washed fresh bed sheet for every journey. Make sure the curtains are clean.

The bus reached boarding point within 10 minutes of the set time. Reached destination 30 minutes earlier. Good. Excellent driving with brakes, no sudden brakes or edge of seat experience. Very good. Blankets were good. One staff was a bit loud with a passenger. Do not know the reason. Around 12.30 midnight, the road was a bit rough. I thought on a Volvo we did not know the breaks or potholes on the road. Some hand rests moves backward 90*. This was good as a leg rest for the passenger behind. Overall a comfortable experience.

when it comes to staff behaviour kesineni is the best bus service provider.they take care of everybody

Drop before 9 o clock. it's too late nearly it will be delay for 2 hours. I will get down from bus around for 10

The bus was really old and improperly maintained. It stalled mid way due to some problem and the crew had to make some makeshift arrangements which took 3 hours, from 2 to 5 in the morning. Reached hyderabad 4 hours late. Never select KPN for Hyderabad Madurai

The bus came spot on time. For dinner, the bus stopped at a nice restaurant with good food and clean toilet facilities. The driving was smooth.

Passengers who want to reach destination on time, don't prefer KPN. The bus repairs many times like engine pressure low, wheel problem, air bag problem etc. This happened 4 trips out of 4 trips I had in last 3 weeks. Kpn won't pick up or won't start from boarding station and don't drop on time at destination. 2 to 4 hrs delay always. Other travels better than kpn. The problem is with kpn management as driver itself complaining about their maintaince and service dept.

Happy to travel with KPN and thru redbus. Pros- on time, safe travel, clean sheets, considerate initial staff who allowed me to change my faulty chair. The bus had to stop at 7 am because of a mechanical problem. The staff could get their tools out, repair the defect within 15 minutes. In the meantime, they called for another sister bus which took some of the anxious passengers. Good AC. Good video clarity. The audio could have been better. Cons- my seat-No 4 was malfunctioning. It would lean backwards if I leaned back. The knob by the side was not working. The later staff did not bother to arrange another seat even tho 2 ladies were sitting in separate single seats and 7 seats were vacant! The night driving was generally safe. At times, the bus was speeding very fast, sometimes jumping over small bumps on the road at a good speed. Over my seat, the AC was leaking through an absent screw hole inspite of blocking the adjustable vents. The screens separating the driver's cabin were not clean.

KPN other services may be good but this service is very bad. They supposed to intimate us if the bus is late. but not.......

while onwards journey the bus was 3 hrs late.first they took us in minivan to medhipatnam and from there transferred to gachibowli and then started at 8.30 pm the bus suppose to leave at 6pm. The blankets are not washed at all for a while i guess .It smelled really bad.I informed the driver but he doesnt seems care for it.While return journey there where 1.30 hour late and I reached 11.30pm gachibowli.which suppose to be at 9.30am.Even complementary movie they played after passengers demanded. Not at all good experience.

Nice trip & very flexible seating

Bus punctuality is somewhat not upto the expectations.

Worst travel experience. Bed bugs very found in the seats. Travels didnt bother about that even after several intimations

It was a very bad journey. The bus stopped at midnight ~11.30 near to hosur and we were asked to get down, also take out our luggage and move to another bus. It was a very painful that we have to carry our kids &luggage in the midnight at some roadside.we never prefer the KPN again.

The bus was late by 2:30 hrs reaching Hyderabad. They stopped in the middle of the night for an oil change which caused the delay. Routine maintenance should be taken care of separatelying and during our time.

Plz don't list this traveller in red bus as it's not having any time sense and took 18 hour to reach Hyd from dindigul... Maximum speed is 70 to 80 kms only... No update to passengers about delay & no respect .

Bus was more than 2Hrs Late and the contact number provided in the e ticket is wrong and there was no way to contact KPN people.

The bus Air conditioning was not that good and it was very low causing siffocation and they even forced us for seat swapping as there was an issue with another traveller booked a seat with wrong gender and when we raised this us a concern they were not bothered and they simply said adjust among yourself.

The bus that I boarded is not the same that is shown in the pics on site. After reaching Salem, they asked us to change the bus and gave us the last row seats which made our travel very difficult as one of us is dsick.

I didnt get proper phone number with booked ticket message and i didnt receive any messages to track a bus where it is runnig. Nearly it is 3 hours delayed to reach hyderabad. so many problems in bus that is break down.Totally fed up!!!

Dindigul to Hyderabad: They don't supply Blanket in time(till dinner). Even literally abused in the last journey when I asked for blanket as I was suffering from cold.. This time they did not give reserved seat (17) to a guy...He was stating for more than an hour.. finally a co-passenger adjusted and offered a seat.. The bus was delayed as the driver maintained speed just 60kmph for the last nine hours..

Bus Punctuality has been poor.

I am frequently booking tickets through red give some special offers for me.thanking you.

I faced two problems in the trip. 1.Seating are not properly fit.My Front person seat is on top of my leg. 2.Night 2AM they ask passengers to change the bus. saying problem in BUS. This repeating in my every trip Thank you

Bus was not came on time. I was thought of thinking, they may cover the time in between. But bus reached to the hyderabad an hour late. Over all is OK.

The worst service ever , the seats were full of bed bugs , no A.C. Was turned on , seats were unbearable and overall the worst journey

Bus depature too late& arrives too too late

Very punctual and decent staff.
