I would like to explian the complete scenario. I had booked the bus from dhule to aurangabad on 8th Apr at 10.30pm. Mostly th ebus operator was not informed by redbus or the operator's head office. I was standing on the given pick up location an hour before its arrival. The bus didnt turn up, the operators office was closed. however I presumed that the bus would be late. After waiting for 2 hrs I banged the Operators office and some guy replied in a sleepy voice. He said that the bus left at 4am an hour before my boarding time. After explaining the complete situation to redbus and the operator, I received a reply from redbus that i will be getting my refund in 48 Hrs. It is 5th May today and I stll havent recived any feedback nor any money deposited in my account. I do not know whether this was a fault of redbus or the operator. But redbus being the service provider atleast could have sorted out my querry.
