My boarding time was 8.40PM, and bus arrived at 10.30PM. When i called their office they were not even able to provide proper answers. Worst journey of my life. Charging socket was not working, blanket was dirty and more over I booked tickets for 1*1 AC sleeper (since they have wide sleeper seats) after boarding I came to it was a 2*1 AC sleeper (it has smaller single sleeper seats). 1600 bucks wasted.
