              Customer Reviews

All staff member were drunked including driver.

My boarding time was 8.40PM, and bus arrived at 10.30PM. When i called their office they were not even able to provide proper answers. Worst journey of my life. Charging socket was not working, blanket was dirty and more over I booked tickets for 1*1 AC sleeper (since they have wide sleeper seats) after boarding I came to it was a 2*1 AC sleeper (it has smaller single sleeper seats). 1600 bucks wasted.

Provided material like pillow and blanket was not properly clean.staff of bus was not good in behaviour.on 17th I came back from your bus.fare was too much and the provided was just kind of shit.very bad experience.

There was no curtain on my seat. Secondly, driver didn't know how to drive.

the bus arrived at about one hour late as scheduled time the staff carried local passengers at night in midway these passages were local & carried a lot of vegetable to sale in pune we all passengers wondered how these local passengers were taken into bus in mid way by bus staff it was also unsafe to travel such bus operators i will advise all of you please aware your known person for not to travel these type of buses

Bus not came at pick up point we suffer a lot of problems and driver is also not coperate he speak in very bad language and bus came 1 hour late also so very bad experience we got.

Bus didnt pick me from boarding point. Driver told me you have to come at highway.. Lot of inconveniancr caused.

Worst travel ever seen. Staff behaviour is pathetic. they ask extra money to carry luggage. why such things are not mentioned on the ticket.

Driver & conductor filling seat's in between the route, which tends to be unsecured and late.

Bus was an hour late, both in departure and arrival. Seats were extremely dirty.
