At Udaipur, the agency drops passengers at several locations. Similarly, based on my past experience on the same (return from Udaipur to Delhi) route with the same travel agency, they also pick up at several locations. However, these locations are not listed on the redBus menu. This needs to be corrected.
Further, there are times when the linen provided at Udaipur for the journey to Delhi is dirty - this happened with me on 24 September 2016. The excuse from the staff is that the Ahemdabad - Delhi passengers soiled the bus. However, as a passenger, that is unacceptable. If required, there could be a short cleaning halt at Udaipur and definitely, fresh linen must be provided to passengers boarding at Udaipur.
