I was travelling from delhi to shimla by city land travel bus staff both driver & helper dose not have manner even they didnt know how to behave the customers. They are charged 20 rs Per beg in bus even stopped the bus in midway very lower class dhabas where you cant find out any good washroom or any good food. Even those dhabas only on suitable for truck drivers only not for us who spend more then three times higher fair. Bus owners must be guided there staff how they have to behave with there customers. Otherwise yhey will lose their business
First thing its too late.you mentioned its semi slepper and there are all the seats are sitting other then this there is extra charges for luggage.except these things staff is behaving like we are travelling as free.
