Excellent service. Took 8 hours to reach Shimla.
Excellent bus service from HRTC. Their Himsuta is the best luxury on road with govt. rates. I have travelled in more expensive buses as well but Himsuta is arguably the best. Seats are comfortable, staff is courteous. One problem was redbus customer care, I could never connect to them. So all the other info was being served by HRTC. Excellent service.
NO one is there to assist or provide the proper information at boarding platform of HRTC, about the bus that which bus will go and when bus will arrive at the platform. even on display board there was no information, it make the panic situation to passenger who has to travel. there was three cabin, people were sitting inside but they did not provide the proper information. when bus arrived at platform then conductor and driver given the voice about the bus. Chaos was like others downtown bus station. experience was ok ok type but not very good. there are lot to do at this corner for the passenger.. like Red bus can open their counter to help, assist and to provide the information to the passenger..........
