Please watch this issue.
Please add the arrival time of the bus as well
it was a very comfortable journey, and I reached well before time ??
bus was not on good condition no body cooperate with passenger pathetic service . noisy inside the bus because of wheel
Was given a seat that was always reclining by itself if I lean back on it or if the road got to bumpy. Bad experience.
Bus is good. But there are no curtains in bus due to this difficult to sleep. Over all its good.
I was supposed to go in semi deluxe but at last moment we were shifted to ordinary bus.
Bus was very good, clean and maintained.but timing was very bad I had to wait at bus stop more than two hours.otherwise it reached at destination at same time.
Seats are not comfortable and bus take to much time to reach your destination.
May there is an essue with the air condition system of the bus or the staff keep switchin it off.

Positives - The bus was new.The over all satisfaction is 3.5/5. It can definitely improve the condition if following things are taken care of.
They do not offer blanket and put the AC on very high mode even after repeated request. There was no window screen/curtain - it becomes difficult to sleep because of outside light on the face.
total chaos, no respect for time and total discomfort to passengers.
Bus was good, comfortable, and hygienic. But punctuality was very poor. It was more than 1 hours late on the schedule. I hope this thing will be taken care of.
Horrible journey...started 3 hours late. Bus was in bad condition and then the driver ran at breakneck speed to reach destiny late...not recommended at all
the experience was awesome... apart from the issue that bus started at 8 from Delhi. however they covered the lost time.
