    Customer Reviews

Rishab as tour operator is not doing a good job. Even after the entire bus was filled, the bus staff kept negotiating with hitch hiker passengers for money...end result we had 4 people sleeping on the floor, a number of people sitting besides the driver and helper....the entire bus was packed and this was also a reason for the delay of about 90 mins as the bus was stopped during the span of trip especially before Ahmedabad toll for negotiating with hitch hikers....the delay in the entire trip was about 5 hours....3 hours could be due to traffic condition but 2 hours due to the staff greed for money making.

On your website Travel time showing 9Hours.But it has taken 39hours. In udaypur rishabh travels spent 12 hours to arrange bus from udaypur to mumbai.then they have shifted me in another travels.

This is the first time I have booked through your service and I think I did wrong it's worst journey of my life, you are asked about journey, we are still in the way to mumbai and you ask about the journey you have mention that it will take 9 hrs to reache Mumbai we know it's not possible but you have not mention that we have to hold for 8 hrs,and get another bus to mumbai have you people mentioned anywhere in ticket,we also have a word with rishav travel they ask to contact with redbus you have just spoiled our journey plan now about bus service it's really a private bus where we have paid a gud amount to get better service it's like roadways bus where the local passengers are sleeping close to us, it's really one of the worst day of my life where I have lost my time as well what we people have decided to file a complaint against you a fir and also consumer court when we reached to delhi.still I am in the bus an very tough to write about you bluddy people I am not the single person we are 4-5 guys who face the same.we will surely do what we can do.

First of all there was no call from the bus attendant and despite trying to halt the bus at the designated spot the bus did not wait & moved forward....after calling the office i was told to come to the next stop & catch the bus. At Udaipur the connecting bus did not take us towards Mumbai & after much request and making an additional payment of Rs. 400/- for which no receipt was given we were taken by a seater AC bus while we paid Rs. 4000/- for sleeper coach from Delhi to Mumbai. Need you to refund the money & de list the bus operator for such pathetic service. request all customers to be aware of this transporter. Think you should take quick action against this bus operator.

you have to show where non ac & where ac in the picking seats and then driver saying that ask to that customer care. you have to show perfect timings in the portal while picking seats

Bus quality and punctuality was excellent but there should be much more option in your survey. Like its a big distance to travel and your bust drop all the Mumbai passsengers at Udeypur and 7 hours halt. I am wondering that how a passangers can wait 7 hrs in summer even in the winter also. This is the fact that person choose the bus only in emergency. Considering this fact reduce the jurney time and make as a reguler option for passenger to choose the bus instead Train or Flight.

    Bus quality was bad

My journey with this bus service of Rishab travel was extremely very very bad they have no cleanness n through the journey of Delhi to mumbai they stop which ever places all the places the washroom where sooooooo dirty beyond anyone can think in their worst nightmare so they could have give the stops to gud places also but no wherever they made stop that was below all expectations n a worst conditions which any one can think.even the mattress of the sleppers where so dirty was like i could not explain that.......

Now onwards, I will not going to recommend redbus for travelling. Paid full without traveling. Very bad experience.

very very bad, duration that was printed on tix, was wrong its not 12hrs, its 36 hrs. bus broke down in ahmedabad, pathetic ....will never use you again...

The quality of these private buses is appalling. Claustrophobia seems to be the theme around which the buses are built. It is worth mentioning that I got a cut on my finger while trying to close the broken door of my sleeper compartment. I had a total journey time of 36hrs, 7hrs of which was a break that was NOT specified on the redbus ticket. There was no mobile charging point for this long journey. "Kuch nahi chalta hai" the driver proudly proclaimed. Another issue that is common to all is the extremely poor hygiene at the stopping points. I cannot even imagine what it must be like for women passengers. Never again shall I go for a bus like this. A flight at 10 times the price seems fair.
