It was a con job First they kept waiting for passengers to join so they departed at 12 15 instead of 10 without keeping passengers in the loop Second they provide wrong information on the booking site - it was shown as a single sleeper but actually they shack with someone else on a space. The fun thing about this is that they mention it after you board the bus Extremely unprofessional crew Dont associate with them unless there are riots in town and you have to get out by any means possible - and even then think twice
The Car Came Late By One Hour. It Was Badly Managed. Was not given booked seat. 7 passengers plus driver in one Innova .

Very Bad experience, No body informed me about the EXTRA LUGGAGE charges, When we reach at the location Your staff asked for Extra 500 (Five Hundred Rupees) for Luggage Only. We have paid in Advance via redbus Mobile app and your staff were saying if want to go by paying extra charges otherwise "rehne Dejiye" I will never ever going to use redbus app or any other service of there
