The bus was not at all good, it started 1 hour late, bus condition was pathetic, passengers in the bus were drunk.

The word 'pathetic' would be an underestimation to describe the experience.
1. Bus started late by 100 minutes... it was supposed to leave Delhi at 1130hrs and it left at 0110 hrs.
2. Bus was smelling very bad
3. Bus is not fit to travel in rain... I had booked a sleeper birth.... I was suggested by the conductor to book another sleeper so that I can sleep comfortably. .. which I did by paying addition rs 450. But after sometime it started raining and both the seats were totally drenched in water. ..in fact most of the seats in the bus were totally drenched with no space to even sit forget about sleeping. ... had to cover rest of the journey by sitting at one corner of the seat.... 4. the bus stopped at a place after Rudrapur to unload some luggage from the roof top... which was going to take atleast an hour... finally I had to Deboard and catch another bus to complete rest of my journey.... I reached my destination at 1030 as against proposed 7:30 am that too after taking another bus...
5. Never ever dare to book this bus run by blue world tourist company.
Bus was full of croud. As this was night journey so even people were sleeping on floor. Seats were not comfortable. It was truck more than bus as it was carrying more luggage than passenger. Every stop halt was for 15-20 min as bus staff has to take out lots of luggage. Expected time to reach destination was ~6am but I reach by 9 am.
It was not good because I booked my ticket in AC but you make me to go by non Ac so please mind this if you don't have the convincing than let the customer know before and refund my money. Thanks
bus quality : stinky , bad seat , full of mosquitoes
punctuality : it was supposed to leave at 11:15 pm but left at 12:50 am
The bus was ok but not punctual.
