Very bad experience with your agency.seats are so poor and bad, even a person cannot sit properly.loose seats.seats jack not working, windows glasses are not upto mark.seats not comfortable.Really very bad experience with you and with ashoka bus service.hope we will not travel through urs services.
Very bad exp. no bus came till 8.30 though boarding time was 6. The operator was not confirming the vehicle number. When it came there was not enough seats available for passengers like me awaiting the bus. Though my booking had seat number 22 but was made to sit in the last corner seat. When objected the answer from driver/conductor was take it or leave it. Red bus should blacklist this JbG Volvo operator. Very bad and pathetic exp. will think twice before again getting onto redbus for booking.
the bus quality was average.the births were cramped.expected a luxury bus at the money paid
Channel partners of redbus Travel agents must behave professionally. The vendor told me in order to board bus I have to go Kashmiri gate instead of Zamuna bazar without any reason.I have booked lower birth & they force me to have upper birth that too was on sharing basis.
