First of all the cab arrived 2 hours late. The cab that arrived was supposed to leave for ludhiana and not jalandhar, which was my destination. He told that the cab will be changed on the highway which actualy happened another one hour later. Then, right in the middle of the highway, we were standing arguing about who has a ticket and who does not. The staff was shouting and even after showing my ticket he said that you will still sit in the ludhiana cab. I called the travel agency there itself and talked to them for half an hour which resulted in the driver yelling "Bhad me jaye company" and left me stranded on the highway. The agency also cut my call. I again sat in the ludhiana cab for another 2 hours and at the end somehow the driver of the jalandhar cab had some sense and i changed the cab after 2 hours of sitting in the last seat between all the luggage. I ended up tired and 4 hours late to the destination which was supposed to be a comfortable journey. Hope you look into the matter and maybe the behaviour of the staff can be improved. Didn't expect this from redbus.
