The bus staff members are irresponsible. My last stop was HARIDWAR, as it was early morning we people were slept and no one came to notify us that our stop has came, and later when we have crossed 38km we woke up and they misbehaved with us when we asked about our stop and dropped us 38km away from Haridwar and said that they are not responsible for this fault. In return from that point we paid 78rs extra to get back to haridwar and our return was standing as the bus was full and we had 3 big bags too. They even dont know which passenger is supposed to depart at which station and not even had any passenger list with respective details. so my travel with RED BUS and MAHALAXMI TRAVELS is very BAD. and even when i called MAHALXMI TRAVELS HE REPLIED - "THAT BUS DONT BELONG TO THEM". Please inform MAHALXMI TRAVELS this incident. And please make sure no one evre face this uncomforatability ever. Regards Rajendra Sahu
I still dont know why my boarding point was changed from Kasmere gate to Kausambhi...the bus quality was poor.. adjustable seets not working...the conductor was also a rude person... Overall it was like Ok...yo if you h
It was really a bad experience i ever had in a journey. There was no cooperative staff ,no punctuality ,no management at all. Behaviour of one of the staff member was awful. First they didnt enrol my presence in their system which result top back seat in the bus which was uncomfortable through out the journey. There is no befit remains if even after online booking of a window seat (seat number 19) they gave me back seat with a awful behaviour of staff member. AG Holidays Bus number 5575
