I was very disappointed with the travel. As I reserved seat online and seat no 07 allotted to me but there are some one who already set on the seat then. The conductor in ruffly rudely say sit at the last seat of the bus. As I have no option I have to sit there. At the seat I could make space myself hardly and seat there with a little space. The last seat was short in height, and not comfertable. At the time I call customer care, I told him all the fact but he say "???? ??? ?? ??? ?? ?". At the moment I felt that I made a big mistake by reserving seat online. The seat was not comfortable even noon AC bus is more comfortable and the suspension of the bus was too poor even poorer than non AC bus.
The AC leaking water drop by drip on passengers.
The AC was shut down for 30 minute during the travel, at the time there are too suffocation. I have to sit at the crowded back seat of the but till Agra. Which is the more than half of the travel. I can't understand why I travel by this bus.
I told to the customer care for refund a part of the fare for the suffering but he drop the call.
I made mistake by traveling by Fouji Travels. The bus drop me at Shashtri Chauraha not at Etawah Bus stand but I didn't say anything because again he will say anything in rud, then I have to travel by Riksa to Etawah Bus Stand. It wood l would be better for me for travel by UPSRTC AC or Non AC bus. As he doesn't rude in manner and drop at the Bus Stand.
