    Worst bus ever travelled.

    Staff was not behaving proper and they took the passengers from random place for their own profit. They took the extra charges from many passengerS. THAT'S VERY BAD.

    Overall is average But bus gone 10.00 pm frm kashmiri gate , actual time was 8.30 pm so pls maintain time punctuality & race care of passenger

    Person having ticket has to be fortunate enough to get his seat. His seat may be either preoccupied or given to some one else too. Seats in bus are broken and water from AC drop upon seat.

    Bus Quality was very bad even they are not ready to turn on the AC. Timing was 9;30 pm but bus coming late it came around 10;30 pm and i afraid to say anything about staff, staff was very bad, he even dont know that how to talk , they are using abusing language with passenger

    on the booking time mentioned that 2*2 AC bus. But on the site 3*2 normal bus. this is cheating with customer...

    I have been charged Rs.400. They filled passengers at Rs.250 from road like public bus. After that I feel UP Roadways bus is better.
