Punctuality is damn poor. For all future passengers, here is a little piece of advice from my side..These guys operate bus only when they get sufficient number of passengers for executive class. And till that time, they don't even let their bus enter airport. So, if you are booking executive/business class.. Be prepared to wait until they get all passengers to fill all the seats. When I asked why bus is not here by now..this was the statement given by bus staff. Plus, their behavior is extremely bad.. And I am not sure, why Redbus.in has partnered with such lunatics..

This was a bad experience for my mother, whom I booked the ticket for business class and she was asked to board the normal indo canadian bus even after showing the business class ticket, she being not used to travelling buses has to suffer painful experience of travelling in normal bus. This is unbelievable to explain the attitude, behaviour and how to deal with customers travelling from abroad.
