I think you are not concentrating on your services & they are moving towards worst.
Ac not working, bus was dirty, stopping points for food (vaishno dhaba) is the worst place in world you can afford.
Please guys focus some in your services.
The bus lacked urinal amenities. Otherwise it was OK.

pl. Arrange mobiles charging points on push back sitting.
A long journey , but the bus was very good so i didnt feel very tired! would surely recommend it to others!
The lights inside the sleeper seat did not work.
In this journey i was very much fade-up with Red Bus service. In dehradun this is my second time when they change their office but no one inform till last moment of departure. Even they have passengers phone no. but no time to inform to passengers.
At least if they change office they should inform to their passengers. It happens 2nd time with me so i will give only 2 rating.
The bus was almost new and the facilities provided were better than the roadways volvo.
Highly recommend on this route.
staff is good comfort was good everything gone so much good
stoppages places are very very poor, need to stay proper place like as volvo mercidied
Make sure buses you recommend atleast have stoppages with toilet facilities. Private buses stop anywhere.
Bus was quite good.
Mattresses were good
I was able to sleep easily.
Space to sleep is also good
Ac cant be stopped
I did not receive any pillow
Neither I received a bottle for drinking
they allow local passenger to sit in the bua and charge for it, behaviour of staff is not good they are not cooperative
Neither the chargers weren't working.
This bus has a problem with charging ports god knows why doesn't the repairs aren't made for the same.
Very poor in punctuality yet the bus being comfortable still left with a pleasant experience.
If the bus opts for the route from roorkee excluding the haridwar then it could reach on time as well and could give wise competition to rsrtc buses on the grounds of punctuality.
Mahalazmi travels is no where closer in punctuality with rsrtc buses.
BUS FROM OUTSIDE IS VERY NICE BUT THERE ARE NO WASHABLE/DISPOSABLE SEAT COVERS OR COVERS FOR HEADREST.
Like my previous trip, bus stops frequently like a local bus to take small distance passengers.
Halts for meals are at odd hours like 0100hrs.
Previous journey had a rude conductor.
FACILITY OF COMPLEMENTARY WATER BOTTLE WAS NOT GIVEN IN RETURN JOURNEY.
charging point is not working, for the last 3 travel that i have made, dont even provide water bottle as mentioned.

The staff should be literate emough to deal with the passengers
Bus staff had no idea regarding route. Till haridwar conductor had to ask at least 5-6 local commuters for the route. They were picking all passengers from local villages. They were arguing with passengers and kept irritating everyone in the entire journey. Even few passengers slept on the floor as they were not provided seats. It was a pathetic journey. Redbus being a national level portal show at least check the basics before getting into any tie-up.

Journey was comfortable but it took more than 16 hours to reach Jaipur which is usually 12 hours.
Due to Quality and Punctuality most of the time m choosing this bus. Travelling experience of this bus is awesome. reaching in bus stand at Dehradun is little bit difficult.
The first few hours seem that the A/C does not work. It took at least 2 hours before the A/C could be felt.
This was quite good experince frm redbus and shri ram tour and travel staff behavior was also good and the bus runs and end on time.
They stop the bus just once for break and that too at a very bad place. And board anyone on the roads who asks for a lift which raises a question about the security.
It looks as a luxury bus but functions as if it is a bus started by DTC!
The service was excellent and punctuality was superb. I would like to recommend it to all.
