1) bus was booked for 2am. Paid rs1200
2) no intimation of delay was given
3) pick up was on Davangere bypass, very unsafe
4) delayed by more than 2 hours to 4am WITH NO INTIMATION OF DELAY OR CANCELLATION
5) driver called and SCOLDED ME for not being there
6) at 4am
7) no apologies were given by customer service
8) she said she would call back after talking to another operator
9) and hung up
10) no news
Summary: NOT SAFE, not punctual, inconsiderate, doesn't inform yoy of delay/cancellation/change,not communicative, no refund, not open to suggestions, very rude. Seabird travels is my worst experience with redbus to date.
And I've been on buses that puncture two tires and then the air con starts leaking. Buses where the seats are screwed up so badly.
This is definitely the worst. Keep the 1200. Let everybody know how incompetent seabird travels is.
