Good behaviour of staff and bus quality was good ...well maintained .... Happy with the service

      10-Jun-2016

This long route bus was not well maintained. Lots of noise inside. Bus stopped in mid way due to repair at 11.30pm and even after 2.30am bus operator could not provide alternate facility. At 2.30am another bus picked and had to manage 2 people in a single sleeper seat. They stopped at Belgaum by pass road and when we asked us drop in Belgaum city they never cared. Never ever I board Sharma travels. Worst travel experience ever. I m not satisfied redbus, it's not even worth quarter of the money we paid.

i have booked ticket from davangere to belgaum on 18-01-15. bording timte was 1 am on 18-01-2015. I had to reach belgaum in the morning. The ticket was booked and also I have received sms and email confirmation. but when i called the contact person's number which was mentioned in the ticke he told that my ticket was booked for 1 am on 19-01-2015. I was shocked and called rebus and after 30 minutes of discussion cust care person told ticket booked was correct be there at bording point at 1 am on 18-01-2015. but manish travels guy was not ready to accept that my ticket was booked for 1 am of 18-01-2015. then i have gone to local booking office of manish travels and shocked to see that my ticked was booked for 1 am of 19-01-2015 in thier website. However manish travel's local person arranged seat in another bus for me. there may be problem in interface b/w redbus website and manish travels website. if anybody is booking ticket throgh online website like redbus please make sure that the date of journey and time with the local office or through the bus operator's website or else we may end up in trouble.
